I'm looking seriously at starting a new auction website and would like your feedback about what you like or dislike about current auction websites before I start.

One thing I know I dislike is all of ebays fees... it gets cost prohibitive to sell many items on there. So I'm hoping with everyones feedback to pump a little fun back into selling online and make it profitable for everyone involved.
